Refund Policy

Refunds  will be provided ONLY for damage/defects from manufacturer or wrong item shipped by shipper error. Please check merchandise immediately. Return within 14 Business Days or NO REFUND. Shipping and Handling fees are Non-Refundable, includes all refused and unaccepted packages. Items must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn,) with the original packaging.

Please tell us your order number, describe the problem with the product and provide us with a picture(s) showing the issue
Once we have received your email, we will reply to you within 24 hours
Please do not return your product to the address on the package you received. The return address that will be provided by our customer service is valid only! Any return will be processed once it has been received by our customer service center.
Returned items must be posted with a valid tracking number. Please email us to let us know what it is once you have sent the item.
You are guaranteed of a refund once we have received your returned item. Due to Covid 19 there will be NO EXCHANGES at this time.
